Welcome to Forest North

Hello neighbors! My wife grew up in forest north estates and together we purchased our home in 2006. Our Oldest daughter attended Forest North Elementary and my other 2 daughters will too! I have sold many houses in Forest North, Jolly Oaks and Village oaks. We absolutely love our neighborhood.
 
Forest North Estates is a neighborhood with homes built in the 1970’s with large lots and beautiful trees. We are surrounded by the City of Austin but the majority of the area lies outside the city limits with NO HOA! Being the first subdivision built in the area, Forest North Estates became the namesake for many local amenities including Forest North Elementary School and Forest North Park and Pool. Because of this many of the smaller surrounding subdivisions including Springswoods and Anderson Mill Village many times are thought of as the Forest North neighborhood.
